Here at Strikes Collection Services we take helping others as seriously as our day to day business. We believe it's our responsibility to have a giving culture embedded in our business model and that is why we work closely with charities and umbrella organisations to understand their needs and offer them a level of support that meets their requirements on a sustainable basis. Please take a look below to learn more about the charities we are currently supporting. The overall aim of the Huddersfield Town Foundation is simple – to help improve the quality of life for children and young people across Huddersfield and the West Yorkshire area. The Foundation has a variety of different projects such as creating breakfast clubs which provide a healthy start to students across many schools in the area; a literacy project which is helping a lot of children and getting parents more involved in after school activities and football related projects. For more information, please visit www.htafcfoundation.com Omushana, Sunshine for Children is a charity set up by friends from both Uganda and the UK who share goals to change lives of children, and contribute to conservation through education, in the areas around the mountain gorilla reserves in Africa. Omushana, Sunshine for Children is a UK charity (Charity Registration No. 1150629) which aims to enhance the lives of children in the villages around the Mountain Gorilla Reserves in South-West Uganda. 'Omushana' means 'Sunshine' in Rukiga, the local language where the charity was founded. Omushana makes a positive contribution to children’s lives by improving their educational opportunities, welfare, confidence and enjoyment, primarily working with local village schools and children’s support groups. In the last 12 months Omushana has constructed a Community Library & IT Training Centre (opened November 2013) and assisted more than 15 schools by providing classrooms, desks, laptops, sports equipment, hundreds of books and thousands of pens. We have also helped a number of children’s support groups and are currently establishing a Vocational Institute to provide local training for youths in the communities around Bwindi Forest. Since 2013, STRIKES has been providing generous sponsorship for the Bwindi Youth Academy Football Club which trains and supports 30 young players, encouraging them in both sport and education. Thanks to this sponsorship, the club can participate in local tournaments and their first team has just won the “Gorilla Conservation” trophy, competing against 5 other local teams. They are now defending their title in the First Division District League Tournament. Every penny donated to Omushana goes directly to fund our projects. We are a small charity with very few admin costs and these are covered by the Trustees and other sources.
I put the abandoned vehicle legal sign that you gave me on an old type Audi which had been just left on our land, and it was quite interesting having several people watching me doing it, but no one came forward to ask me what I was doing. Obviously the word got around and the vehicle was removed within 48 hours. This has saved me having to pay to get it removed and recycled, so a big thank you to strikes B2B Debt Collection agency
To have them moved on without them even staying a night is absolutely great and our tenants on the business park are very grateful. If I had the same service through the courts this would have taken three weeks, and I am sure it would have cost us at least double, especially with the clear up afterwards.
I have known and worked in conjunction with Strikes for sometime now. Chris Bane and his team are reliable and always on hand to assist whenever that may be.
This is the first time we have used a debt collection agency.
I had been chasing the outstanding debt myself for almost six months but Chris managed to reclaim the outstanding monies within a matter of days. Chris was very professional and took away all the stress. I only wish I had contacted Strikes earlier!
We instructed Chris Bane, of Strikes Bailiffs, to evict some travellers from our car park at the John Smith’s Stadium here in Huddersfield. This was done in a very professional manner and to a time scale that meant there was no disruption to our business, tenants or customers. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Chris Bane, of Strikes Bailiffs to anyone needing the services of a Bailiff.
Traveller eviction doesn’t have to be a headache
Private companies, landowners, solicitors and local authorities have been trusting our team of enforcement agents to remove uninvited gypsies and deal with travellers evictions for years. This is because they know that we at Strikes Traveller Evictions act quickly, adhere to the law and get great results every time.
Having strangers pitch up and make their home on your land can be stressful and intimidating. So why not leave the job of getting rid of them to the professionals? We at Strikes deal with traveller evictions every day, and know the best way to manage the traveller eviction process to the satisfaction of all parties. If you’re worried about the mess that your unwanted guests might leave behind, don’t worry, we can take care of that too.
A new policy, quietly introduced by the Government earlier this year, will block anyone identifying as a Gypsy or Traveller from staying on permanent caravan sites unless they can prove they have travelled several times that year.
